Regional Royal Rangers Conference is a "Go"
Good morning,
As many have heard, there are forecasts of snow for the southern part of the northeast region and the Lancaster, PA area.
Although the track is not determined, it appears that if we get significant snowfall, it would start Friday in the later evening and continue Saturday and wrap up Saturday evening.
For those who are planning on going to the Conference this weekend – it is a “Go”.
The travel days for our staff, instructors, guest speaker, worship team and many attendees will be today and throughout the day tomorrow and there should not be weather related hindrances in traveling to the conference site. Once at the Willow Valley Conference center – everything is under one roof (i.e. registration, meeting rooms, lodging, restaurant/meals, pools, etc).
Depending on the actual snowfall amounts, those planning on leaving Saturday evening may want to consider altering your plans and possibly staying another night. Those needing to travel late Friday and Saturday, please drive carefully using your better judgment.
The Regional staff and Willow Valley staff will be ready to accommodate you and we are looking forward to a great weekend.
Feel free to check our website for any updates www.northeastregion.org.
Sincerely,
Dwight Walters
Northeast Regional Coordinator
